Technische Dienst Manager

As a Technical Service Manager at Royal Steensma in Franeker, you ensure that our production facilities, buildings, and technical infrastructure are in optimal condition. You combine technical expertise with leadership and administrative precision.

Requirements

• MBO+ / HBO work and thinking level, preferably a completed MTS WTB / Elektro education or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar function, ideally in the food industry
• Knowledge of maintenance systems, project management, and legislation (e.g., NEN3140, VCA)
• Experience with MS Office and affinity with digital systems
• In possession of VCA for supervisors and forklift certificate
