Executive Producer - Magic the Gathering Online

We are seeking an Executive Producer to lead the Magic: The Gathering Online studio, responsible for the overall direction and success of the studio as a business unit. The position requires 10+ years of production, development, and product management experience on a live game as a service product, with 3+ years of leadership experience. The Executive Producer will be responsible for leading the team in establishing and guiding the long-term vision and direction of the game IP for the studio and franchise.

Requirements

• 10+ years of production, development, and product management experience on a live game as a service product
• 3+ years of leadership role (within the 10+ years of game experience)
• Must have shipped multiple successful titles, with significant experience in cross-platform and large-scale live operations
• Strong knowledge and experience with F2P GaaS economy design and service operations
• Experience with and full embrace of data analytics and data-driven decision-making
• Highly process-driven expert in SDLC with proven track record of quality development and execution against plans
