Job description
As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will bridge the gap between Development and Operations teams to enable faster feature delivery and improve service quality. You will help build scalable, reliable, and highly available systems while contributing to proactive monitoring, automation, and operational excellence across Dayforce environments.
You will learn and develop a deep understanding of Dayforce's cloud infrastructure and application ecosystem. You will onboard new applications and features, contribute to projects that improve platform reliability, automate operational tasks, and enhance SRE processes.
You will have the opportunity to build trusted relationships across Development, Operations, and broader business teams, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on scalability, performance, and service reliability.
