Responsibilities
You are the technical contact person for venues, productions, and our project leaders:
- Process Rider & Stage Instructions
- Collect offers
- Help with the calculation of event technology
- Coordinate involved service providers at events and beforehand
You are also responsible for the technical preparation and care of our events and create CAD plans for events.
Profile
We are looking for someone with:
- A Master of Event Technology, or completed training in technical planning / lighting technology / sound technology / event technology or comparable in combination with relevant work experience / all-round talent
- A very good technical understanding & overview of prices
Requirements
- Hands-on approach
- Organized, self-responsible, and meticulous working style, even under time pressure
- Well-developed communication and team skills, as well as friendly and safe appearance
- Travel readiness, as well as willingness to work on weekends & in the evenings
- Resilience and flexibility (events take place in the evenings and on weekends)
- Ability and willingness to "look beyond the edge"
- Driver's license, ideally also own car
- Very good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
- Very good German and English skills
