Decagon is the leading conversational AI platform empowering every brand to deliver concierge customer experiences. We're looking for a driven, high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding Go-To-Market team.

Requirements

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach
• Reach out to potential customers through various channels including cold calling, email, and social media
• Grow top of sales funnel through warm and cold outbound campaigns
• Research companies, identify key players, and work with Account Executives on pipeline generation strategies
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaigns and messaging
• Stay up-to-date with product offerings and industry trends
• Learn critical sales skills, such as leading effective discovery calls, cold calling, objection handling, articulating and selling value, prioritization and time management, and more
