Sales Operations Specialist

Decentralized Masters is a leading DeFi education company seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to ensure the sales organization operates with speed, accuracy, visibility, and accountability. The role involves owning the day-to-day execution and optimization of the sales tech stack, primarily HubSpot, to maintain clean pipelines, automate workflows, and deliver reliable reporting.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years in Sales Operations, RevOps, or CRM Administration
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM (required)
• Mid–Senior level Sales Operations experience
• Strong background in sales automation and workflow design
• Experience supporting high-ticket or complex sales cycles preferred
