Job Description
We are looking for a Third In Charge to join our store in Sydney Outlet Village, working 22 hours per week over Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The role involves leading by example, creating an inclusive environment, and delivering amazing customer experiences. Requirements
- Passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
- Previous experience working with a medium to large retail business
- Ready to join an employer that invests in the development of leadership and management
- Delivering amazing customer experiences with the support of Regional and Store Management team
- Leading and motivating team members
- Participating in training initiatives to develop leadership skills
