Director, Data Governance

At Deckers Brands, we're looking for a Director, Data Governance to shape the future of our data landscape. As a pivotal leadership role, you'll develop, implement, and oversee enterprise-wide data governance, data quality, and data management policies. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to build a governance framework that supports trusted data products, data mesh principles, and enterprise analytics initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
• 10 to 15 years of experience in data governance, data management, data compliance, or a related field
• 5+ years of leadership experience leading governance initiatives across complex, matrixed organizations
