Job Description
Deel is a fast-growing SaaS company focused on global talent connection. They provide a platform for talent management, HRIS, payroll, benefits, and more, with AI-powered tools and a fully owned payroll infrastructure. The role is focused on outreach and relationship building within Latin American markets to drive growth and identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Based anywhere in LATAM
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- At least 3 months outbound SDR experience or similar
- Cold calling experience (minimum of 20 calls per day or 100 per week)
- Entrepreneurial spirit/experience with a strong growth mindset
- Adaptability and customer-facing environment
- Active relationship-building skills
