Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator with strong experience in programming, setting and operating 5-axis CNC machining centres to implement and embed our CNC capabilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience programming and operating 5-axis CNC machining centres (3-5 years preferred)
- Strong competence in machine set-up, tool selection and fixturing methods
- Demonstrated experience developing or standardising machining processes
- Ability to create clear set-up documentation, SOPs and machining standards
- Familiarity with machining high-integrity parts (e.g. aerospace, energy, pressure systems)
- Strong understanding of CAD/CAM tools, GD&T and precision measurement equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
