Director of Engineering

Deep Sync is seeking a technical, hands-on Director of Engineering to lead our combined Data Science and Data Engineering teams. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and scaling the infrastructure that powers our deterministic identity graph while simultaneously driving the development of next-generation AI/ML models.

Requirements

• 10+ years of total experience in software engineering, data engineering, or data science
• 4+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
