Job Description
We are looking for an experienced BIM Modeler specializing in Electrical and ELV systems to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, and coordinating BIM models for MEP services, ensuring compliance with project standards, BIM workflows, LOD & Client requirements.
Requirements
- ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3–5 years in BIM modelling for Electrical & ELV systems
- Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (IEC, NFPA, local electrical codes), Having design experience will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in international projects.
- Must be self-initiative, disciplined, punctual and hardworking.
- Basic knowledge of Revit Plugins for automation in Revit.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English Language.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
