Job Description
Deerns is a multinational consultancy, design, and engineering firm seeking an experienced BIM Modeler specializing in Mechanical systems to join their team. The candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, and coordinating BIM models for MEP services, ensuring compliance with project standards, BIM workflows, LOD & Client requirements.
Requirements
- ITI/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3β5 years in BIM modelling for Mechanical systems
- Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in international projects
- Basic knowledge of Revit Plugins for automation tools in Revit
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English Language
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
