Electronics Technical Lead

Role Overview

As a member of our Firing Units and Power Electronics team, this is a fantastic opportunity to play an integral role in delivering our products. You'll lead a team of engineers deployed to the project and work with other departments as required. Your role will cover leading activities from early feasibility and technology assessments through to detailed design, qualification, certification and supporting transition to production.

What You Will Do

Design high-integrity, complex systems, lead a team of engineers, work with other departments, and operate in all stages of the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Degree qualified with significant post-qualification experience in Electronic Design, Qualification and Certification
• Experience and interest in electronic sub-system development
• Effective Leadership of a small to medium sized team
• Knowledge and understanding of developing a product from technical requirements
• Good understanding of the product lifecycle and product configuration
• Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders
• Experience in planning, control and delivery of assigned projects or work packages
