Requirements
- Three years to five years of similar or related experience
- A two year college degree or Completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or Completion of a specialized and extensive in house training or apprenticeship program
- Excellent communication and problem resolution skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality and professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinker and effective problem solver
- Collaborative service skills; proven, effective manager of high performers
- Willing and eager to exceed expectations; demonstrated excellence in all aspects of branch operations and administration
