Del Norte Credit Union is seeking a passionate and service-driven Branch Experience Associate Manager to help us fulfill our mission of improving lives as a financial cooperative. Requirements

• Three years to five years of similar or related experience
• A two year college degree or Completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or Completion of a specialized and extensive in house training or apprenticeship program
• Excellent communication and problem resolution skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality and professionalism
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Critical thinker and effective problem solver
• Collaborative service skills; proven, effective manager of high performers
• Willing and eager to exceed expectations; demonstrated excellence in all aspects of branch operations and administration
