Job description
As a Databricks Manager on the AI & Data team, you will lead solution reviews, design update discussions, and technical delivery plans to drive architecture decisions and secure design approvals. You will work independently and collaborate as part of a team to build Databricks environments across Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud Platform, including integrations. You will provide hands-on support for Databricks development, platform configuration, and infrastructure setup, and coordinate technical execution across the global delivery team to support quality delivery and issue resolution.
Lead solution reviews and design update discussions to drive architecture decisions and secure design approvals. Translate approved designs into technical delivery plans and support the delivery team in building Databricks environments across Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud Platform, including integrations. Provide hands-on support for Databricks development, platform configuration, and infrastructure setup.
A successful candidate would possess strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor, ability to build and sustain professional relationships, and ability to lead projects or workstreams. The team is looking for someone who can work independently and collaborate as part of a team, with effective written and verbal communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product.
