Job description
As a OneStream Manager, you will lead project workstreams across OneStream and finance transformation initiatives, translating client business requirements into OneStream solution designs and implementation plans. You will manage day-to-day client interactions, team activities, and delivery milestones across project phases.
Develop executive-ready analyses, status updates, and deliverables that support finance function modernization. Coach junior team members while identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve engagement outcomes.
A successful candidate would possess strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and ability to lead projects or workstreams, manage and prioritize multiple tasks, and mentor and provide clear guidance to others.
