Job description
As a Delivery Consultant on the team, you will support the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll module across the full implementation lifecycle, contributing to deliverables while ensuring alignment to payroll operations and controls. You will assist with requirements gathering and fit-to-standard workshops, documenting process flows, business requirements, and decisions for payroll calculations, deductions, taxes, costing, and payments. You will also support data conversion and cutover activities, including mapping/validation for balances, element entries, and payment details, plus cutover checklists and parallel run support as required.
Support the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll module across the full implementation lifecycle, contribute to deliverables, and assist with requirements gathering and fit-to-standard workshops.
A successful candidate would possess skills such as ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team, effective written and verbal communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product, and ability to build and sustain professional relationships.
