What You Will Do

As a Senior Consultant on the Banking and Capital Markets team focused on Digital Assets and Payments implementations, you will be responsible for supporting delivery of digital assets and payments product, roadmap, and transformation engagements for banking and capital markets clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years of experience in product management, program management, or technology delivery roles
• 4+ years of experience supporting or leading workstreams within technology implementation, product delivery, or business transformation programs
• Experience creating business requirements, user stories, backlogs, process flows, or implementation roadmaps
• Experience in digital assets from at least one prior role, including blockchain, distributed ledger technology (DLT), tokenization, central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), stablecoins, digital asset custody, or digital asset operating models
• Experience in payments from at least one prior role, including real-time payments, cross-border payments, card networks, automated clearing house (ACH), wire, or International Organization for Standardization 20022 (ISO 20022)
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
