Job description
Join our Value-Based Care initiative focused on reducing overall healthcare costs while improving members' quality of life. As a Software Engineer III - Java Full Stack Developer, you will contribute across the application stack by building and enhancing Java/Spring-based services and APIs, developing responsive UI components, and integrating with clinical and claims data sources.
Design, develop, and optimize scalable software for AI platforms and consumer devices. Integrate and automate load, stress, and real-user scenario testing into the development and production lifecycle. Analyze, monitor, and address performance, reliability, and scalability challenges in complex systems.
The successful candidate would possess strong technical skills, including Java, Python, React, and SQL. They should also have experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems patterns. Additionally, they should be able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
