As a Senior Consultant / Manager (Technology Strategy and Transformation) at Deloitte, you will lead engagement teams and work with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology environments. You will conduct in-depth analyses of client data, systems, and processes to identify opportunities for modernization, efficiency, and innovation. You will also guide team members in developing high-quality deliverables, including executive-level presentations and detailed reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Technology Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- 2 to 7 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or technology strategy, or 5 or more years of relevant experience in technology management, strategy, or business analysis
- Relevant skills: strong executive and board-level communication and analysis skills, passionate about modern technology and their applications in the business world, analytical and problem-solving mindset, ability to manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively in team settings, and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, including experience building dashboards, business cases, and executive-level reports
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall), including the ability to plan, track, and report on project progress, risks, and deliverables
