Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years working as a Salesforce Consultant
• Demonstrated success in implementing Salesforce solutions and participating in end-to-end project lifecycles
• Expertise in Agile project management methodologies
• Fluency in English (min. B2) and German at min. B2 level
• Deep Salesforce knowledge, including proficiency in Salesforce products, features, and automations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified App Builder, or equivalent certifications
