T&T Manager - Organization & Workforce Transformation - SG

Deloitte is seeking a high-performing Manager with strong experience in AI-enabled workforce transformation, operating model design, and organisational strategy to support our growing Southeast Asia practice.

Requirements

• A good university degree or MBA
• Min 10 years of experience, preferably in consulting or industry roles focused on operating model transformation, workforce strategy, organisation design, or AI-enabled transformation
• Excellent social skills and enjoy working in a diverse environment
• Project experience in ASEAN region or global markets is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills in English, be self-motivated, and be able to work in stressful situations with changing priorities
• Excellent problem solving skills, ability to think out-of-the-box, work under pressure and tight project timelines
• Drive, tenacity, client focused and results oriented
• Self‐driven, adaptive, and passionate about shaping the future of work
