We are looking for an experienced figure to be inserted into the Corporate Finance & M&A team in Milan or Rome, who will work in a hybrid mode, supporting clients in identifying solutions and models aimed at improving productivity, efficiency, quality of services offered, also with the support of new technologies.

Requirements

• Membership in Protected Categories Art. 1/18 Law 68/99
• Specialized degree in economic, financial or engineering management areas
• Preferably experience with consulting companies, involvement on projects related to M&A operations, business planning, debt advisory, and corporate restructuring
