We are seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager to join our Commerce (on CORE) team in Milan, working in a hybrid mode. The team supports our clients in complex implementations on Salesforce Core for international large companies, in various areas (retail, fashion & luxury, travel, automotive).
Requirements
- At least 4-7 years of experience in consulting firms, system integration, or in-house in implementation projects of Salesforce platforms for prestigious Italian or international clients
- Excellent knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Flow, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools
- Knowledge of asynchronous integration patterns (Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Queueable Apex)
- Knowledge of governor limits and application performance optimization concepts
- Deep knowledge of the Salesforce stack (design, configuration, development) and best practices for architectural and implementation solutions
- Experience in developing on Salesforce Order Management System (SOM)
- Knowledge of retail processes, omnichannel, eCommerce
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Platform Developer II)
