Delos is seeking a Personal Lines Property Associate Underwriter to join their team. As a critical role in shaping underwriting results, you'll evaluate and underwrite new business and renewals, engage with agents and internal partners, and support the development and execution of underwriting guidelines.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of successful property underwriting experience or other related personal lines insurance experience
- Expertise in risk selection and underwriting execution
- Strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset
- Experience using modern underwriting platforms, exposure tools, or BI dashboards
- Ability to multi-task and collaborate
