Founded in 1983, the Democratic Governors Association (DGA) is an independent political organization dedicated to supporting Democratic governors and candidates nationwide. The DGA provides resources, expert advice, and policy conferences on various topics, making it the sole organization focused on electing Democratic governors. With a strong network of 20 current Democratic governors, the DGA fosters involvement in upcoming races and offers opportunities for engagement.
