The Operations Manager will manage the organization's daily business activities, develop long-term operational strategies, and work closely with senior management to meet company objectives.

- Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of the business
- Evaluate the efficiency of business procedures
- Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation
- Oversee customer support processes
- Review financial information and adjust operational budgets
- Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
- Manage relationships and agreements with external partners and vendors
- Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics
- Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations
- Lead and optimize the operational processes
- Design, analyze, and continuously improve policies, practices, and local systems
- Responsible for evaluating current and proposed systems and procedures
- Proactively identify and resolve issues
- Coordinates between sales department and operations department
- Meets with key clients and assists service sales representative
- Analyzes and controls expenditures of operations division
- Keeps track of the company's revenue margins and conducts budget reviews
- Oversees client support services
- Manages procurement and resource allocation
- Creates metrics collection mechanism to be used for performance measurement of facility and employees
- Executes strategic business objectives
- Prepares and presents regular updates to senior management
