Job Description
Dentons is seeking a Banking & Finance Associate to join its team in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will support the practice by assuming responsibilities in commercial lending transactions and will be a key member of the ambitious and well-recognised Banking & Finance team.
Requirements
- Master's degree in civil law
- 2-3 years of legal experience in commercial lending transactions within the Banking and Finance department of a recognized law firm in Luxembourg
- Qualified in Luxembourg law
- Fluent in English and French
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently when needed
- Quick learner with a strong drive for excellence
