Country Sales Manager, CTS

Dentsply Sirona is the world’s largest manufacturer of professional dental products and technologies, with a 130-year history of innovation and service to the dental industry and patients worldwide. The company is looking for a Country Sales Manager to lead and accelerate the growth of the digital equipment business in the country. The role requires a strong balance of people leadership, analytical rigor, and deep understanding of digital dental workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in dental, medical device, or capital equipment industries
• Minimum 4~5 years of people management experience
• Proven track record in digital solutions / imaging / CAD-CAM sales
• Hands-on Salesforce (SFDC) experience
• Experience managing KOLs and strategic accounts
