Merkle, a dentsu company, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant to join their Talent Community. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud implementations, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. The role involves designing and implementing solutions, leading workshops, and mentoring junior consultants.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud implementations
• Salesforce certifications are a strong plus
• Experience in client-facing roles with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and project management tools
• Fluency in French and English
• Experience working in international and cross-functional teams is a plus
• Onsite presence in Geneva is required
