Senior UI Engineer

We are seeking a Senior UI Engineer to be creative task-based problem solvers who are passionate about creating experiences that engage the imagination whilst empowering users to bring the brand to life. The role involves leading the creation and delivery of high-fidelity UI designs, design systems, component libraries, iconography, and micro-interactions.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in UI design with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex, high-quality digital products.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator); familiarity with motion tools (After Effects, Principle, Lottie) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Deep knowledge of design systems and ability to adapt or extend existing ones.
• Excellent visual craft with attention to detail, consistency, and usability.
• Strong mentorship, communication, and collaboration skills to manage distributed teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to balance creativity with practicality in fast-paced agile environments.
• Experience collaborating in agile product development cycles.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Visual Design, Communication Design, HCI, or related field.
• 6+ years of UI/Visual design experience with proven expertise in agencies, consultancies, or product studios.
• Demonstrated experience in leading design projects and mentoring design teams.
• Prior experience working with global brands and cross-functional, distributed teams.
