Assistant Director, Research Compliance

The Assistant Director for Research Compliance will join the Research Compliance Office at DePaul University to manage the university’s research protections program, ensuring compliance with regulations governing human subjects research. The role involves coordinating IRB submissions, managing IACUC and IBC, writing policies, conducting surveys, and assisting the Director. The office is responsible for the conduct of research with human subjects and is a significant portion of the university's research budget.

Requirements

• Minimum of BS degree (Masters preferred)
• 3 years experience in IRB administration
• Knowledge of IACUC and IBC regulations
• Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills
• FS filing and lifting
• Working at a desk for extended periods
