Requirements

• Analyze and track the effectiveness of actions in complaints and non-conformities;
• Monitor and optimize incoming, internal, and outgoing control of raw materials, materials, and finished products;
• Involved in training and supporting the enhancement of the qualifications of employees in SPC and SFP;
• Organize and control activities for maintaining a constantly high quality of products;
• Participate in the development of instructions for the management of product quality and safety;
• Suggest improvements to processes and introduction of good practices.
