Production Engineer (f/m/x)

We are seeking a Production Engineer to join our team in Bucharest. As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of production systems, as well as developing and maintaining automation tools and scripts to streamline deployment and operational tasks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Experience (SRE)/Support Engineer Production
• Experience with Linux/Unix systems and scripting languages such as Python and shell
• Hands-on experience with SQL and PL/SQL programming
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, Maven/Gradle, uDeploy
• Experience with service monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, ELK, Grafana, Geneos
• Knowledge of Docker and deployment platforms like Kubernetes (or OpenShift Container Platform)
• Knowledge of the Incident, Problem and Change Management processes within the ITSM framework
• Knowledge of using Service Management tools such as ServiceNow
