C#.NET Tech Lead (Azure Cloud-Native)

Devoteam is a leading consulting firm focused on digital transformation, seeking a C#.NET Tech Lead (Azure Cloud-Native) for their specialized department, Devoteam Creative Tech, to lead architecture and development of scalable cloud-native backend solutions using C# and the latest.NET ecosystems, and design and implement cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. The role involves mentoring and guiding the development team, creating a culture of technical excellence, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices.

Requirements

• Proven leadership capabilities with experience mentoring junior to senior developers and making high-level architectural decisions.
• Expert-level problem-solving skills with a strong focus on system performance, reliability, and cost-optimization in a cloud environment.
• Deep understanding of software design patterns, including Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, Event-Driven Architecture, and Microservices.
• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex architectural concepts to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Agile mindset, with extensive experience in Scrum or Kanban environments and a pragmatic approach to project delivery.
• Commitment to continuous learning, actively staying updated with the Microsoft roadmap, cloud innovations, and emerging tech trends.
• Fluency in Dutch or French and good command of English.
