Devoteam is looking for OpenShift talents to accompany its clients in their digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cloud-native and expertise in OpenShift, with at least 3 years of experience in OpenShift administration or engineering. The role involves designing and deploying OpenShift infrastructure, implementing and managing robust micro-services architectures, and integrating OpenShift with existing tools and services. The ideal candidate will also have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and adaptability and learning capacity.
Requirements
- Conception and deployment of OpenShift infrastructure
- Implement and manage robust and performant micro-services architectures on OpenShift
- Integrate OpenShift with existing tools and services of the company (CI/CD, monitoring, security)
- Optimize the performance and availability of applications deployed on OpenShift
- Design and implement cloud-native application architectures on OpenShift
- Define and implement deployment strategies (blue/green, canary) and configuration management (GitOps)
- Accompany development teams in adopting good OpenShift practices and cloud-native development
- Ensure the security of OpenShift environments
- Implement advanced security solutions (authentication, authorization, governance, encryption, vulnerability analysis)
- Strengthen OpenShift clusters and deployed applications
- Implement monitoring, logging, and tracing solutions to supervise application and cluster performance and health
- Analyze observability data to identify and resolve performance and availability issues
- Implement alerts and dashboards for proactive monitoring
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployments on OpenShift
- Use OpenShift automation tools (Operators, Tekton, Templates, Helm) to simplify deployments and configuration management
- Promote and implement GitOps practices
- Collaborate with client teams to define adoption strategies for OpenShift
- Ensure technical support and accompany clients in resolving issues
- Organize training and workshops on OpenShift
