Job Description
The IT System Project Specialist is responsible for the full lifecycle of the ASRS system, including monitoring and maintenance, troubleshooting, user support, system administration, reporting, and software updates. This role focuses on ensuring the system runs smoothly, safely, and according to established procedures.
Requirements
- Regularly monitor system performance (storage, retrieval, etc.).
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to the ASRS system.
- Provide user support and guidance on system operation.
- Manage user access, permissions, and data within the system.
- Generate system reports.
- Assist with software updates and upgrades.
- Perform hardware maintenance.
