Job Description
Diamond Foundry Inc. is seeking a Sustaining Laser Engineer to oversee the deployment and optimization of high-power laser machines across various facilities, developing systems for collecting, reviewing, and troubleshooting yield and process data.
Requirements
- Advanced degree or relevant industry experience in Materials Science, Applied Physics (materials, laser, or optics focus), or Engineering with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with mass production of diamond, semiconductors, and/or ceramics
- Experience in data analysis, Six Sigma, and statistical process control
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new environments, tools, and workflows
- Experience with resolving laser process technical problems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
