Software Engineer

Applies the principles of software engineering to design, develop, maintain, test and evaluate software and computer systems. Works cross-functionally to understand business requirements and ensure software and systems are designed for ease of use and seamless integration.

Requirements

• Provides Software Engineering for an assigned set of system elements
• Designs, codes, tests and documents basic and moderately complex components
• Provides technical support and troubleshooting for new and existing systems
• Follows secure coding practices and aligned testing requirements
• Writes automated unit and system tests to provide coverage for common code paths
• Gains comfort working in and contributing ideas to a development team
• Builds working relationships with cross-functional engineers and teams
