Senior Technical Product Manager (LATAM)

We're hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead AI-driven software product initiatives. This is a hybrid role with a primary focus on product management and project management ownership to ensure flawless delivery in an outsourcing environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in software development
• Proven experience working with outsourced, dedicated or distributed development teams
• Strong command of Agile/Scrum and the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience managing web, mobile, SaaS or enterprise software products
• Familiarity with AI technologies - LLMs, generative AI, AI agents, ML
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel without losing depth
• Hands-on experience with PM tools (Jira, Confluence, Linear, Notion, Azure DevOps)
• Solid understanding of estimation, budgeting and risk management
• Experience with developing software manually or with AI
• Experience building Saas and B2B software
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including with C-level
• Excellent spoken and written English (C1+)
