Job Description
The Safety Manager provides guidance and support for employees to ensure compliance with local, State, and Federal regulations regarding safety and health, and responds to critical incidents. The Safety Manager enforces all Digging & Rigging policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Knowledge of OSHA standards, local and State safety regulations, MSHA, FMCSA, and DOT regulations
- Ability to conduct employee trainings in First Aid and CPR
- Highly motivated and able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong customer focus skills, effective documentation, team work, detail-oriented, and communication skills
- Excellent oral and written communications and human relations skills
