R&D: Scrum Master–Mobile Apps

We are seeking a Scrum Master to drive agility, efficiency, and delivery excellence across our mobile development squads. As a Scrum Master at Digitain, you will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove delivery blockers, and enable high-performing cross-functional teams within the mobile apps engineering department.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Manager, or similar role
• Hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching engineering squads
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and scaling practices
• Proven track record of driving delivery for complex mobile apps (iOS & Android)
• Excellent knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and agile reporting tools
• Strong English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with multi-national, cross-functional teams
• Experience managing dependencies between mobile apps, sportsbook, and backend engineering components
