Digital Marketing Associate, bizzNEST
High school graduate or currently majoring in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field. Self-taught individuals are welcome if they can demonstrate their knowledge and proficiency in digital marketing

College seniors or recent graduates with experience in content creation, video editing, and graphic design, as well as strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Video Marketing Associate, bizzNEST
High school graduate or equivalent, experience with video production equipment and software, and strong communication and teamwork skills
Outreach Coordinator, Watsonville Center
5 years of experience in a field related to youth engagement, outreach, or community coordination, demonstrated ability to proactively recruit and engage youth, and strong public speaking skills
Manager, Alumni Services
3+ years of experience in management, curriculum development, and project coordination, with a strong understanding of career development frameworks and methods

College degree, intermediate video production experience, and passion for video marketing
