Design Engineer II

Design Engineer II at Dimensional Innovations, creating immersive story-driven environments. The role involves translating design concepts into detailed, buildable solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams, and maintaining accuracy, quality, and consistency across deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience (internships or project work included)
• Technically proficient at an advanced level with SolidWorks, including top-down or in-context modeling
• Technically proficient in Adobe Create Suite, specifically Adobe Illustrator
• Exposure to fabrication methods (wood, metal, plastics, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to read and interpret drawings (architectural or mechanical is a plus)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
