Office Manager

Dioxycle is seeking an Office Manager to join our People team and support our mission of abating CO2 emissions. As an Office Manager, you will play a key role in bringing our breakthrough technology to the world by helping to successfully recruit, onboard and support our international team of engineers and scientists.

Requirements

• Ensure smooth daily office operations
• Liaise, negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers, vendors and contractors
• Support in coordination of all onboarding & offboarding processes
• Assist foreign Dioxyclers with settling in France and day to day problems they encounter
• Organize team-building activities
• Support Director of People in recruitment activities
