Job Description
Wuxi Dipont School of Arts and Science seeks a Head of English & MFL (ESL, IGCSE and IB DP) to lead the high school language faculty, providing strategic and academic leadership, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning and assessment across the IGCSE and IBDP programmes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred
- Strong academic background
- 7+ years of good quality post-qualification experience
- Ability to demonstrate high level of student progress
- Ability to demonstrate a rigorous approach to planning and assessment
- Ability to collaborate, establish rapport and communicate in a Dual Language Immersion environment/multi-cultural contexts
