Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to join our growing finance team. This role involves managing high-volume billing processes for a designated group of attorneys and supporting 25-30 billing attorneys. The ideal candidate has a strong background in legal billing experience, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in legal billing in a large law firm setting
- Experience supporting 25-30 attorneys and managing 700-1,000 prebills per billing cycle
- Proficiency with Elite 3E, Aderant, or similar legal billing software
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
