Job Description
The Director of Labor and Delivery is responsible for leading the service, ensuring high-quality care, and developing strategic plans to maximize effectiveness. The Director works with physicians, administrative staff, and clinical staff to achieve regulatory requirements and goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Master’s Degree preferred
- Current state Registered Nurse license
- Minimum of 3 years as a Nurse Manager in a high volume L&D (High Volume around 3,000 deliveries per year)
