Senior Software Engineer, Developer Success

Discord is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Developer Success team to design and build core features for game developers. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience as a software engineer and experience with parts of Discord's tech stack.

Requirements

• Design and build out core features for game developers
• Use attention to detail to continually raise the quality bar of the software
• Work with other engineers to write, review, and ship elegant and scalable code
• Be the lead on projects through the whole life cycle
• Collaborate with game developer partners to understand their needs
• Work with product managers, designers, and product marketers to find the way forward
